THE KNEE-HI'S

I wait for some groups to return to touring because of the varying experiences they offer with each visit. I wait to witness the creative direction sculpted since their last show, whether for the debut of a new song, only briefly hinted at online, to their transforming aesthetic or mercurial onstage performances. I wait because if luck's on my side, I get to chat about all of this with them after the show.

So, when the wait is over and the coolest cats begin a tour near you, I wait, happily in line.

I wait because frankly, they make blurry photos of themselves amazing.
