THE BELAIR LIP BOMBS

I've been going through an approval slump recently.

Heading towards the Saturday night show of The Belair Lip Bombs, I thought I'd reach out to them to see if this blip of a streak would end with them and was excited to hear them get back to me with an Australian thumbs up.

The sound from down undah has always been something that of an enigma to me. Their sound is incredibly familiar but also more unique. Influences I think I can grasp, but always fall short on my own, though their indie heart is clearly heard through lead vocalist Maisie Everett's melodic and garage rock delivery.

All that to say it's my favorite international wave of artists to tour the states.
