Something wonderfully different this time: Victoria, who's assisted me with photographing events in the past, truly outdid herself at the Babe Corner show we shot together. My secondary camera I used decided to betray me, failing to focus and save 98% of my shots. I didn't realize this until I got home.
But Victoria more than made up for it, working the floor with ease the whole evening and capturing every keeper in the batch with her thoughtful compositions and eye.
An additional (major!) highlight of the night was getting to chat with her throughout the shoot and after, always a joy, always creatively inspiring.
Eternally grateful she made the trip.
